Sports club night membership ¥7,700/month is a big expense for me. I have to pay 210 yen for the public swimming pool, and 3,150 yen to 4,200 yen for 15 to 20 days a month. Decided to go to the public pool.
Since I moved here, I have an unearned income of 8,000 yen/month. The Japanese-style garden, which used to be surrounded by a block wall and pine trees, has been converted into a parking space for 4 cars. Two of them are for my house use, and the other two are monthly parking lots for rent. The price is 20,000 yen to 120,000 yen/120,000 yen for a flat parking space in the 23 wards of Tokyo (Chiyoda, Chuo, and Minato wards).I heard that there is a parking lot in Tokyo's 23 wards. My parking lot is 4,000 yen/month! Fortunately, we have tenants in both parking lots. I thought about using my unearned income of ¥8,000 to pay for a monthly membership to a sports club, but then I realized that I should be using it to pay for my living expenses.
I've been busy in Tokyo. Aging is evident all over my body, but it's perfectly normal for a 70-something year old. No medical emergencies. The only hospitalization in my life was for childbirth in a hospital in Thailand.
I have experience with day surgery. I had multifocal lens surgery at the same university hospital where I had LASIK surgery.
After the surgery, my nearsightedness from childhood and my presbyopia at the time were resolved, and my life became comfortable. I was crazy about Pokemon GO !at the time. I have to look at my iPhone and look around me at the same time. I can play a musical instrument while looking at the music sheet. Typing text while looking at the computer screen Not being able to find my friends at a spa (it's hard to identify the back of a naked woman) These problems are solved!
What kind of balance of focus do you need? (Willingness and consultation are necessary, and will be determined by the living/work environment)
After moving to the local city. I have been paying a lot of money and not using my personal health insurance. I have time, so I will be hospitalized in 2022, 2023, and April this year for minor surgeries such as polyp removaland ptosis, once a year.
It's a beautiful crescent moon, but the moon in the picture is round. I'm thinking about the sports club, walking my dog past Hamamazushi.
I don't think there are women in their 70s deadlifting from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. (I'm going to go there during this time) wearing a thick training belt, and I don't do that. I only want to swim . Light strength training if I have the energy. I'll discuss with the emploee of the studio about a tour tomorrow, but unlike a public pool, it's expensive. I'm deeply considering what I can cut from my monthly expenses. I wonder if I can continue until the first snowfall (November?).
The movie is based on the true story of Diana Nyad a swimmer who accomplished the feat of swimming across the Florida Straits at the age of 64. This movie may have influenced me to consider joining a sports club!

Crawl practice, including breath holding, was taught by a private instructor from the age of 50. I still have many swimsuits, goggles and caps. I will check again to see if they have deteriorated and select some of them .
