70代女子と相棒犬と函館移住のくらし・仕事・遊び

やりたいこと全部やって生きていこうと決めたけどそう易々とはいかないよね♡

I ran an Indian restaurant in Nakameguro/Tokyo a little before the age of 40, and it didn't go well /Oh my !

I've been watching videos of Otani and his wife over and over on the Internet, and I can't believe there is such a couple in this world.
And what intention did God have in creating and uniting these two lovely Japanese people!

I used to own an Indian restaurant "Kashmir" in Nakameguro Tokyo

Why an Indian restaurant?
Because before this business, I used to import and sell hand-woven carpets from Iran, Pakistan and Kashmir (very expensive carpets).so I have a lot of Pakistani friends then I want promote the this tasty food more

l thought everything was easy, I wanted to try it, I tried it, and I failed. I even had a special tandoor oven for tandoori chicken and other tandoori dishes.

I went to Pakistan, scouted for a cook from a famous hotel, applied for a visa at immigration, got an apartment near the restaurant, and invited him.
I don't remember how it all went down, but I got a little tired of it and felt good when I quit.
That's how ignorant and stupid I was.

I didn't think about my retirement at that time, it was a big expense.
I chose my school, my job, my marriage, the country I live in, the business I'm in, and I can never regret it.
Every thing I made my own decisions, and I have to live with them until that day comes.

I still love Indian food, I have a lot of spices in my kitchen, I use a magnet case of IKEA and stick it on the fridge.
